Failed to collect my order twice in a row, first time they actually told me ( albeit last minute) however the second time they didn’t say anything until I asked at 8.30pm.
They must have known before that time they wouldn’t be able to pick it up but the made me rush home and wait in only to not turn up. It then meant I had to rush around looking for a dry cleaners that was able to clean it for the next day as I hate ironing made to lose an entire day.
