Lifeline-Direct came through when my insurance delayed my obtaining a new supply of Dexcom sensors. When mail issues caused further delays, Lifeline made sure I didn't run out of sensors by rushing me a delivery. Brad's assistance was superb: he stayed on the process throughout and always communicated quickly and thoroughly, even outside business hours. The sensors arrived in brand new condition and the first two I've used were excellent quality. This customer service was the best I've encountered in a long time. I highly recommend Lifeline-Direct!
