Horrendous customer service. My order never arrived, which is OK, it happens, so they sent me another pair. Unfortunately they didn't fit and I returned them. They refused to credit me because they insisted I had another pair, and they basically accused me of lying and said I had a second pair--even though their records showed I had never received the first pair. I had to file a dispute with my credit card to get my money back.
