I have several Hoselink products and they all work well. Very simple and effective. However, I recently purchased a 20M hoselink and the hose wouldnt retract. After a few phone calls I go thru to customer help and I would like to close this repair and return a working unit asap. Ive received no feedback since dispatch. Remember, I paid for a product that works (not one that is faulty). How you resolve issues is very important to me. Overall still happy with Hoselink.
