Great customer service and so far a good quality product. The connectors are proprietary and twist to connect, but seem more likely to last in the long run than the more common push-click types. The hose nozzle has no springs, so won't rust out and has a good swivelling joint and a great range of spray pattern options. Retraction is slow and smooth on the reel.
