Like everyone else they are a complete joke. Asked for the same things over and over again. Everything has been sent as requested with no problems. Asked for bank statements. Bank statements were sent as requested. “No they need to be in PDF format”. When I explained we do not have internet banking only hard copies. “You can go and get an online account” these people look for any reason to make things difficult to fail you it seems.
