My original order, the black Gazebo fortrose apparently got damage in transit and never arrived. I got an option to order an upgraded similar item. I agree and then tried several times to contact the team to try and get an update on the new delivery and also an update on a refund on the difference in prize as the second item was cheaper!
Second item arrived as stated , the outsunny grey gazebo however the quality is very very poor and some of the poles had scratches and some had rust! Very disappointed and will not use this company again.
