Home done are trying to charge me a delivery fee because of a missed delivery. When In fact
Delivery was not attempted as no one approached the concierge desk or bothered to call up when they arrived. As previously stated, I had prepared and notified concierge 24hrs before said delivery. CCTV cameras showed them pull up outside my building, take pictures then leave.
I have yet to receive my order.
