If you have questions, don’t try calling. They don’t answer. For custom name, it says 16 characters but would only accept 14. Communication after ordering was non existent. Did finally get an email that order shipped. The expedited fee didn’t cover getting the product, was just getting it ready to ship. Took longer than expected to receive after paying extra to get it faster. Once received, it was a nice set and my friend is enjoying it. Happy to support an Oklahoma business!
