The desk at Montpellier Airport was closed when my plane arrived. I had to stay nearby and returned the next morning. The desk staff bluntly told me my booking was cancelled and no refund available from them. He said, contact Holiday Autos and when I did they said it's Europcar's policy not to refund the fee. I lost over £650 for nothing and had to book through another company.
