Well packed. Included all documents. Only disappointment was no free links taken out as an option. I don't have the tool. Nice watch. Good sale price. Unfortunately the bezel is out of alignment slightly. A common seiko qc issue apparently. I can over look this as it's a handsome watch. Rolex lookalike. The retailer itself is a very good one. Thank you.
