The customer service is a ****
I had a big problem to connect the software and they didn't solve it. They always say me that will answer me when they have a solution, but never happens.
So I paid for one month for nothing. It was they fault, not mine. I'm still waiting for a solution or they give me my money back...
I thought Helium 10 was a serious company :(
