I am taking an Amazon FBA course and was recommended to take a Platinum Plan. Since I am from Europe, my card was rejected. I was told through the live chat support that stripe (payment provider of H10) has some issues with European clients making payments through credit card. I asked if I can pay through paypal? Since I had no chance at the moment for the payment, I only asked if they can give me a week access so that I can follow up on the course and next week after easter break when the banks open, I can see if maybe my bank can resolve the issue by authorizing H10 to charge my card. I was very sad to hear that H10 was not being supportive at all. Even though I still will return once the credit card issue is resolved, however I just did not understand how H10 can be so greedy about activating just for few days my account until I resolve the issue or maybe I should say until H10 resolves the issue with stripe.
