In the past two weeks I have used Haute Florist on three occasions. The first occasion was a thank you to someone; the second & third were Mother’s Day bouquets. So, I have spent about £100 with Haute Florist recently. However, the most important bouquet, flowers for my mother on Mother’s Day, were not delivered until 20.39! In my opinion this is too late for my 81-year old mother to be going to the front door to receive any delivery! I am very disappointed with this service and will not use this company again.
