Had an appointment for wax removal. Everything was well-organised and friendly. As it happened I didn't need wax removal but screening showed a significant hearing loss. I was informed of the comprehensive range of services available, and options to consider. With the modern setting and friendly staff it was a pleasant experience. Recommended.
