I bought an eternity ring for my partner and after two years three of the stones fell out. Was told by the most unhelpful supervisor at the Edinburgh branch that because it's been such a long time it was not under warranty. You would think buying a £900 ring it would last longer than two years. Utter rubbish stay well clear . Try to call themselves jewellers more like market stall traders. Absolute disgrace they get away with this time after time.
