My experience with Gym Direct was fantastic regardless of the delayed dispatch time due to COVID. I was properly notified of the delay, and was also notified when the package was dispatched. Time between dispatch and arrival at my doorstep was only a few hours which was incredibly impressive. There was some confusion with the deliver but this was rectified quickly and with great customer service by one of the team. The product itself (two powder-coat kettlebells) are fantastic value for money, and I am already getting a great deal of use out of them.
