If there was a zero I would rate Gumtree a huge ZERO!! WHY? Because they've totally abolished emails so told by their RUDE customer service yet it is still displayed on ads, they remove ads with no explanation whatsoever, 99% of the time it is impossible to log in and now a notification of suspension FOR NO VALID REASON!? Impossible to call customer service as just cuts off before even being connected, complacent and rude is an understatement, so annoying
