My daughter was scammed on gumtree and their help desk was next to useless. They didn’t care. I raised the complaint several times. I only ever received an automatic response saying complaint had been logged and a member of the help team would be in touch.
Too many scammers are now using gumtree. Very disappointed as I was previously a great fan of gumtree.
