Ordered a Seiko watch which was limited
Edition and when arrived the lid of the box was broken in 3 places, I made contact with G&P, they were very apologetic and said they would try and get another box but it might not be the same as it’s a limited edition box and watch, unfortunately they couldn’t get the correct colour but sent me a second box which was limited edition just in a different colour, I now have 2 boxes of I ever decide to sell. Great customer service and the watch was a great price too so win win.
Highly recommend this shop.
