The order was placed and an extra next day delivery charge applied to the order. I
t did not arrive the next day or the day after.
I contacted GTSE sales and they thought it may have been lost in transit. They were going to refund my delivery charge and send out a replacement order.
After 5 days my initial order was delivered. I thought that they had sent out a replacement order but that had not been implemented..
Being charged for next day delivery is cause for concern.
