The basket itself was great, however the website experience is awful. There are glitches that made it difficult to get through the order system. Also, not being able to remove additional items to a basket once at the confirmation page prior to checkout was annoying. There was also an issue trying to hit space bar when writing the message (it kept wanting me to input a suburb or something?). I am on an iPhone so it’s the mobile site.
Lastly, when I tried to mention the issues to the help online at the time, they completely misunderstood me and instead of trying to clarify my question, told me I needed to amend my message by emailing. Not happy, so despite the basket being fantastic I would not order again as the website gave me a lot of grief.
