I made my order on 19th of December, for next day delivery which I had to pay extra for. This is because 20th is the last day that the recipient's office is open.
Today, 07/01/2020, I got a call from StarTrack that the hamper still hasn't been delivered. The driver attempted 3 times and the office is closed. Obviously, the hamper was not delivered the next day.
Very disappointed.
