By accident I booked a wrong return date 11 day ahead, you cant change on line like other airlines, I spoke to customer sercice and was promised a call back but never happened. After 24hrsI rang and was on hold for 30 mins whie they checked, said would alter at a cost of £218. I booked with easy Jet for £133.
Had to cancel a British Airways fee was £49
