I am a first time customer of LoadUp and was very satisfied with the prompt communication received via email and text about my order.
Everything was smooth leading up to the retrieval of my item and I was able to choose the organization that would be receiving it from a dropdown list when scheduling online.
A discount was also applied for booking with them through their website which I appreciated. Thank you!
