I was initially dismayed when I was told that my pickup what happen between 8:00 am and 8 pm which meant that I might spend the entire day waiting for it. Instead, my loader contacted me at 10:30 am to say that he would arrive soon. He kept in good communication with me and arrived a short time later. The pickup was efficient, and I was left with the remainder of the day for my other tasks.
