1 out of 10 don't recommend. I was looking for a next-day appointment before a busy travel month for worm. I called and booked an appointment on 3/31 (Easter Sunday) with a live representative who said nothing about not providing services on the holiday. I was pleased because it was super convenient which is why I was willing to pay upfront. I got a fall about 4 hours later from a driver that said they actually don't pick-up on Easter Sunday. When I called to cancel the appointment to make other arrangements (the ONLY reason I booked with them is becuase they led me to believe the could provide the service sooner than anybody else) I was told they could only refund 80% of the fee.
Completely unacceptable given that it was the company's fault to book me for that day in the first place. I contested the charge with my credit card company (Chase, who I 10/10 DO recommend) who was able to get me a 100% refund; obviously that was always an option that I was not offered when I called on my own behalf.
I don't blame them for not working on Easter; I blame them for booking the appointment in the first place and not acknowledging their error.
