I had to make a claim after having a GI Bleed and heart attack in Canada 18 months ago, the claim was handled swiftly for the medical side of things and was settled.
Unfortunately I am still waiting for my personal expenses claim to be settled, I have renewed the policy twice since then as I am confident the personal expenses claim will be settled as well. All the relevant paperwork has been submitted over a year ago and my Daughter is in constant touch with the third party company who are involved.
