Excellent company to deal with. The facility to exclude pre-existing conditions is very welcome, and the price is very good. The web site is easy to use and this is by far the easiest travel insurance to arrange that we've ever had. Also great that when you phone, a real peson answers the phone and quickly! Fortunately, I've never had to make a claim, so I've left one star as I don't know what it would be like to make one, but I have absolutely no complaints to date.
