I lost my mobile phone in Paris while visiting; I made a police report and made other attempts to recover the phone (in a taxi) to no avail. I submitted a claim to Globelink with all of the requested documentation but my claim was initially denied due to lack of a specific document from the mobile carrier. However, after I escalated this matter to a senior manager at Globelink, my claim was approved and I promptly received a fair and reasonable reimbursement as I had to purchase a similar but new mobile telephone. I was very pleased with the resolution.
