It's been more than 38 days since Glamira.de has my rings to resize and the retour didn't change at all. Only it states delivered.
Their customer service is useless at providing any kind of timeframe, I could be waiting here for month, for nothing! What a useless disgrace of service. They advertise you can easily resize the rings you PAID for, without telling you it will be a living hell.
