Flowers arrived damaged I emailed, called and left voice mails. Finally, I was sent a label to send back the damaged roses. I was told they had the most damaged flowers Valentine's Day 2024 due to delivery problems The flowers were under warranty and would send me a new arrangement. I sent back the arrangement in the original box with the ribbon still attached through Fed Ex with their return label Instructions said to use original box but the box had already been destroyed Fed Ex measured and charged me for a box then put the black box with flowers into it I am now being told the flowers came back smashed and they will not send me a replacement. These flowers were the grande round and over $360. I have spoken to customer service and they said there was nothing they could do and would have a supervisor call me back. No call. Left two subsequent messages. So there is no warranty
