This morning I wrote to customer service about flowers I ordered to be delivered yesterday-Thursday January 21.
It is now late afternoon Friday January 22.
Flowers have still not been delivered!!
Nobody has contacted me to rectify the situation.
Bad Company service!! You are not effective if you don't follow up on a complaint.
This shows me you are not a 1st class company as you portray yourself to be.
You are not taking care of your customers.
