I had booked a house for a shower, but the homeowner didn’t clean and apparently forgot about me renting the place. I contacted Giggster who went out of their way to help me. As policy with their cleanliness guidelines and rules the found the homeowner was not

Options. They issued me a refund. Even though I cannot agree the type
Of person you will rent space from; I can guarantee that Giggster doesn’t play when it comes to their standards! And they will make things right. I am thankful
