We booked a tour in Egypt, arrived at the airport, and no guide appeared. We called them several times while at the airport. After explaining the situation, they cancelled the tour and told us to return to the hotel. We did so, paying for the taxi and incurring roaming charges for the phone calls. The entire holiday was based on this tour, and they completely ruined it. We are now back in the UK and unable to contact them. What a surprise
