I have been using GYG for a number of years without issues. Last week (31 Oct ‘24) I booked a day trip. The provider cancelled 2hours before departure. No time to book anything else. Offer to take the trip the following day but we were moving to next location on our holiday. GYG is going to refund on 15 Nov. Outrageous behaviour. Wholly unsatisfactory.
