Excellent diet and website. I cannot tell you how good the website is. There are hundreds of recipes, and Rosemary Conley gives you a minutes motivation talk each day and sets you an excercise to do. There is loads of info on the site with good medical stuff from Doctor Hilary. I love the fact that you can email a weight loss coach with any problem or advice that you need and within a few hours you will revive a reply, and they know what they are talking about. The website has a range of diets to suit you, and your life style. Every one is so lovely that works for Rosemary Conley, and she is a legend....it has changed my life, give it a go you will lose weight, I promise you.
