These are not a gerber store if you ring them they don't answer gerber store they are just a gerber stockist please don't be fooled although there service is excellent there delivery is super quick polite friendly staff overpriced buy from the USA if you can afford to wait for delivery plan ahead the overall quality of product was good but alot of plastic environmentally shocking use of plastic the feel is only OK reflecting the use of plastic the press/pop studs to attach to belt impossible to open
