Was very disappointed today, the way your customer service people related the job to Ryan. I went to great length to explain the problem to pretty much none of this getting passed onto Ryan, other than internet problems!
C mon guys I have dealt with you for a number of years and this is the worst response I have ever had. Note my response below relate to todays experience only.
