I wanted to cancel an order i placed because they still didn’t send it after a really long time + the product was garbage apparently. Customerservice told me i can’t get a full refund because of process expenses and taxes. Order wasn’t even processed yet! I still wanted to cancel but they keep ignoring me and send it anyway.
