I was victim of fraud and lost thousands of pounds. When I called Lloyd’s bank I was very upset, but the agents on the line handled the situation in an incredibly sensitive and professional manner. I had the money back in my account by the next morning. I am incredibly grateful to Lloyd’s bank for their help - thought the money was lost!
