Generally, if you have an accident and need to file a claim, it's a painful journey. Unfortunately, that's what happened to me and reporting the damage over the phone is a tragedy. The waiting time is 40 minutes and after connecting, it's passed on to someone else because it's not the right department. I reported the damage that wasn't my fault and I wanted to receive a claim from the other party. In this case, for a damaged mirror wing. It turned out that the person who caused the accident also had insurance with them, so I thought it would be possible to resolve it quickly. Unfortunately, the other party refused to admit to the accident, which extended the case by 3 months. After that period, I received information that I was not at fault for the accident and my NCB was untouched, but I didn't receive a single pound for the damage, because they described it as information and not a claim. They don't want to pay out the money from their own funds. That's why I recommend avoiding them as an insurer due to the mounting problems and lack of cooperation.
