The process itself was simple and straightforward- the only negative, and it’s a big one, is that I was quoted a price on a comparison website which was the cheapest and by the time I got to make the payment a few minutes later it had gone up by £300 - making it far from the most cost effective provider.
I am unlikely to renew with them next year on this basis.
