I went with this company as I could do it on line. However they took my payment but insisted I called them to finish off. But the phone lines were closed. The following day it took me 20 minutes to get through and a further 50 minutes to go over every single question again! If I’d have known that I would have insisted on a refund.
I emailed them later on to request some information or a call back and I had an email back saying I was free to call them whenever. No good when u work full time with only half an hour for lunch!
Awful customer service and do not recommend at all.
