Initially the process was quick and simple.
First installer came and said everything was wrong… and rearranged for another day.
Second installer came and although he had all the parts required he had the wrong job card and wouldn’t do the work.
The final installer that came was absolutely amazing. Couldn’t do enough for you. Very clean doing the work. Updated me constantly and although he is new to the company he was a blessing to the company.
