Awful customer service.
Unable to use the game code purchased, due to poor and unclear description on the website.
Kindly asked whether I may be able to have a refund issued, to which I received a rude reply, and was informed that no refund would be given.
Totally unacceptable, and extremely disappointing.
Would not recommend or use this website again.
