I haven't received my purchase yet so as it stands I would rate the service as poor as I expected my order to arrive within a couple of days as stated on the website.
I have now been told that the item is out of stock and my money transferred back, was told this by email 3 days before Christmas with no offer of a different colour of style and no phone call!!! Have got a very disappointed little girl on Christmas Day now
