Excellent, efficient and above all humorous and friendly service. Everyone went out of their way to make the procedure as stress free and pleasant as possible. A wonderful vegan lunch was provided and nothing seemed too much trouble. The doctor and technicians were extremely thorough and very considerate whilst Jeremy took a lot of time to brief me on aftercare. It's far too early to comment upon the result but I have every faith that the procedure will prove a great success. Thanks to all the team for a very nice day out- I don't usually get the chance to lie down during the day and have a nap!
