The ordering process was extremely easy. After I ordered I had to download the Shop app the track the package (I paid extra for shipping protection). I placed my order June 15th and did not actually receive it until July 30th. I contacted the company through email to see if they could provide tracking information on two different occasions. Neither time did they provide any helpful information. I turned to their VIP Facebook page to see if there was anyone else who had to deal with this. They denied my comment because it didn't rave about their product. The product is nice but not worth the hassle of wondering if I'm actually going to receive it.
