I like this product very much. We have given all our dogs these biscuits for years and they have done really well on them. However, we order two big bags each time and it seems the Fish4Dogs company have changed their delivery company and for the first time we had the bags dumped on the pavement in the street by a very rude driver who refused to at least get them to the front door. I complained to Fish4Dogs and the delivery company and had no response from either. I’m not old or infirm but these bags are really big and heavy and if this is how we are going to be treated as a regular customer from now on I will move to a different product who can deliver to my front door.
